The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) was established on 20th September 1985 through an Act of Parliament, with the primary aim of making higher education accessible to every individual in the country. In 1990, the IGNOU Study Centre 1307 was established at BLDEA’s J.S.S. College of Education, Vijayapur. Since its inception, the centre has been instrumental in providing flexible, accessible, and high-quality education. Functions of IGNOU Study Centre 1307
